About the Bevaya Partner Program
The Bevaya partner program gives systems integrators, technology ISVs, and BPOs a structured path to build and grow an insurance AI practice. Partners receive co-sell support, implementation training, marketing resources, and a clear revenue model built around Bevaya deployments.
Bevaya partners with three types of organizations: systems integrators (SIs and GSIs) who implement and manage Bevaya for insurance clients, technology ISVs whose platforms integrate with or complement Bevaya, and BPOs who use Bevaya to deliver AI-powered services to their insurance clients. The strongest candidates already serve carriers, brokers, or TPAs and want to expand their AI capabilities.
If your firm serves insurance carriers, brokers, or TPAs and is looking to add or scale an AI practice, Bevaya is worth evaluating. Bevaya is particularly well-suited for SIs with Guidewire or core system expertise, ISVs whose products touch claims or underwriting workflows, and BPOs looking to differentiate with AI-powered service delivery.

Complete the "Become a Partner" form and we'll schedule an introductory call to confirm mutual fit, followed by an NDA and a joint value mapping session. Bevaya evaluates prospective partners on four criteria, the 4Cs: Capacity (ability to staff and deliver AI projects), Capability (insurance and technology expertise, including familiarity with core systems like Guidewire), Commitment (executive sponsorship and intent to invest in the partnership), and Customer Fit (shared ICP with Bevaya's target insurance clients).
Bevaya does not require a fixed revenue commitment to enter the partner program, but it does look for genuine intent to bring Bevaya into active client conversations. The program is built for partners who want to refer, co-sell, and implement, and who are willing to create a joint business plan to ensure alignment on joint success.
Existing Partner Support
Post-signing onboarding includes a platform and InsurGPT™ overview, deployment methodology training, certification preparation for consultant staff, access to the partner portal and sales/marketing materials, and introduction to the co-sell standup cadence. Bevaya assigns a dedicated partnerships contact to each active partner. The goal is first co-sell activity within 30 to 60 days of signing.
Coming soon. Bevaya will offer a certification program for SI consultants that validates insurance AI implementation expertise. Certified practitioners can reference their credentials in RFP responses and client conversations. Certification covers the Bevaya Platform, InsurGPT™ model capabilities, and Bevaya's deployment methodology. Certification details are shared during the onboarding phase.
Bevaya provides co-branded collateral, joint case studies, event co-sponsorship opportunities, and inclusion in the Bevaya partner directory. Partners co-marketing active insurance AI offerings can request joint content development and may be eligible for marketing development resources. Specific marketing support is tiered by partner program level.
ISV and BPO Partners
ISV partnerships typically focus on product integration and joint go-to-market. Bevaya builds and maintains integrations with complementary insurance platforms to create joint solutions for shared clients. ISV partners can co-market Bevaya as a compatible platform, develop joint use cases for specific insurance workflows, and co-sell into their existing insurance customer base. Integration documentation and technical resources are available to ISV partners post-onboarding.
Yes. BPOs are a growing segment of the Bevaya partner ecosystem. BPO partners deploy Bevaya to automate document-heavy insurance workflows on behalf of their clients, delivering measurable SLA improvements while reducing dependency on manual labor. This enables BPOs to offer AI-powered service delivery as a competitive differentiator, protect existing accounts from automation-led displacement, and expand margins on service contracts.

Full production deployment timelines vary by workflow complexity and client environment, but the platform is designed to reach measurable results within 90 days. This speed-to-value is a key differentiator in competitive bids.
Bevaya serves P&C carriers, life and specialty carriers, insurance brokers, and third-party administrators (TPAs). The platform is deployed across commercial and personal lines, with particular strength in claims, underwriting, and policy servicing workflows.
