Meet your AI Agent for COI Creation.
Producers and certificate holders expect their COI the moment they ask. Bevaya monitors every request channel, validates the policy data, and delivers the certificate — 24/7, with no re-keying.

Trusted by leading P&C carriers, brokers, and TPAs
The operating reality
Certificate volume doesn't slow down. Your team shouldn't have to either.
The queue never closes
Producers, account managers, and holders expect same-day turnaround. Volume spikes at renewal, project start, and quarter-end. The queue grows. The complaints follow.
No two holders want the same thing
Each holder has its own additional insured language, waivers, limits, and certificate wording. Staff stitch it together by hand. One wrong word and the certificate gets rejected.
Manual re-keying creates E&O exposure
A wrong limit. A policy number off by one digit. These errors don't surface in QA — they surface at claim time, when a vendor rejects the cert or the loss doesn't match the policy.

THE ENGINE INSIDE
Most AI summarizes one document.
Most AI fills in forms. InsurGPT™ understands the policy.
COI Creation is powered by InsurGPT™, Bevaya's mosaic of specialized models trained on 300M+ real insurance documents. Specialized models read each document type — ACORDs, additional insured endorsements, vendor contracts, and holder specimens.
Policy-aware extraction
InsurGPT™ doesn't just fill ACORD fields. It reads the policy first — coverages, limits, endorsements in force — so what it writes on the certificate matches what the policy actually provides.
Live Policy Verification | Validated
Cross-checks each request against the active policy — coverages, limits, effective dates, and endorsements in force — and reconciles inconsistencies before the certificate generates.
Limit Reconciliation | Matched
Compares the holder's requested limits against the limits actually carried on the policy, line by line. What gets written on the certificate is what the policy supports — not what the request asked for.
Effective-Date Awareness | Current
Reads the policy term and any mid-term changes before issuance, so certificates reflect the coverage in force on the date of issue — not the coverage that was in force last quarter.
Endorsement equivalence
Holders ask for endorsements in different ways: CG 20 10, CG 20 37, manuscript variants, or "equivalent." The Agent recognizes them as equivalent and matches them to what the policy actually carries.
Form-Number Recognition | Mapped
Identifies standard ISO endorsements by form number — CG 20 10, CG 20 37, CG 24 04 — and matches them against the endorsements scheduled on the policy without manual lookup.
Holder Requirement Memory | Recalled
Remembers recurring holders' standard requirements from prior issuances. The same holder gets the same format every time — without anyone re-entering their preferences.
Manuscript Equivalence | Reconciled
Recognizes manuscript and "equivalent" endorsement requests, compares language against what the policy carries, and confirms equivalence — or flags the gap before issuance.
Grounded, never invented
Every issued certificate is traceable to the underlying policy data. If the data isn't there, the certificate doesn't issue. Hallucinated coverage has no path to production.
Coverage Gap Detection | Flagged
Flags when the requested limit, endorsement, or specimen language can't be matched in the active policy — before the certificate reaches the holder.
Field-Level Traceability | Cited
Every value written to the ACORD form carries its origin — the policy field, declaration page, or endorsement it was sourced from — so verification takes seconds, not minutes.
Issuance Guardrails | Blocked
If a required field can't be grounded in the policy data, the certificate doesn't issue. No fabricated limits, no invented endorsements, no "best guess" coverage on a binding document.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Self-service portals work for the simple case: known holder, standard request, user who knows what to fill in. Most COI requests aren't that simple.
Producers paste vendor contract excerpts into an email. Holders ask for specimen language the portal doesn't support. Project owners request limits the policy doesn't carry. Bevaya handles all of that — reading the request in any format, validating against the policy, and only issuing what the policy actually supports. Portals hand the work to your team. Bevaya finishes it.
When the policy doesn't match the holder's request, Bevaya flags the conflict before issuing. If a holder asks for $5M aggregate and the policy only provides $2M, the request routes to a reviewer with the gap highlighted. If the holder asks for waiver of subrogation and the policy doesn't include one, the request routes.
The certificate doesn't go out until the conflict is resolved — by a reviewer, by an endorsement, or by clarification back to the requester. This is what reduces E&O exposure, not just what speeds up the easy cases.
The agent recognizes additional insured endorsements by form number (CG 20 10, CG 20 37, etc.), edition date, and the language the holder's contract requires.
If the policy has the right endorsement in force, the certificate issues. If the holder asks for "ISO CG 20 10 or equivalent" and the policy carries a manuscript form, Bevaya recognizes the equivalence and issues. If there's no match, the request routes to review. For recurring holders, Bevaya remembers their standard requirements from prior issuances.
Both — though commercial lines is where the volume and the ROI live. Commercial certificates carry more complexity (additional insureds, waivers, per-project aggregates, specimen l
